Local Farm Food Subscriptions = Sustainability

When you subscribe to the Farm to Table food subscription you get a box of fresh produce and other farm products delivered right from a local farm. Deliveries occur every week at community wide drop off locations. The food is freshly picked and hasn't traveled thousands of miles in between the field and your kitchen.

Seasonal Availability
We are now taking reservations for the 2008 Farm to Table Food Subscription Program which will start the week of June 17 and last until the week of October 28. Please download the subscription information package to view drop off locations, weekday schedules and share type options.

Terms:	By checking ‘yes’ above, I agreeto membership in the American HealthCare Group Farm to Table Local FarmSubscription Service for the 2008 harvest season. Depending on the subscription selected,season runs from June to October. As amember, I commit myself to supporting AHG with timely payments. In addition, I commit to pick up my weeklydelivery at the designated drop off location on the designated day of the week chosen above. I understand that if I donot pick up my subscription it will be donated to a low-income family or an emergency food provider. I do not expectto have my share saved. As a member ofthe designated delivery site, I will receive a weekly subscription whichincludes the following choices – Organic or Sustainable subscription. I understand that the variety of produce Ireceive depends on growing conditions that vary from season to season and thatthe risks and benefits of the harvest are shared. I also understand that the produce is grownon a local farm or farms located no more than 175 miles (one way) from mydelivery site.
